Elichai joined CHSMC as an associate in 2008 after articling with the firm.

Elichai practices in the area of civil litigation, representing individuals and institutional clients in a wide range of workplace related issues, including wrongful dismissal, human rights, class actions and malicious prosecution.

Elichai is also a member of the firm’s Research Group, providing advice and written advocacy in most of the firm’s practice areas, including labour and employment law, administrative law, constitutional law, human rights, professional regulation and pension and benefits law.  

Elichai received his law degree from Dalhousie University. While at law school, Elichai was an active member of SALSA (Social Activist Law Students Association) and Pro Bono Students Canada. He was the recipient of the Robert W. Kerr Labour Law Prize and he published an article in the Education and Law Journal. Elichai is also the co-creator of ARCfest – Toronto’s social justice arts festival.
