Adam joined CHSMC as an Associate in 2010 after articling with the firm in 2009. Throughout law school Adam was actively involved in the student run legal clinic, Downtown Legal Services, where he represented clients before administrative tribunals.

Prior to attending law school Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Victoria and his Masters Degree in Islamic Studies from McGill University.

Adam practices in the firm’s pension and benefits group and in its labour law group. As part of his pension and benefits practice Adam provides advice to unions and pension plan administrators with respect to both single and multi-employer plans. His labour practice focuses on the representation of teachers and other professionals and includes grievance arbitration, labour board matters and workplace human rights issues.

Adam is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
