Supreme Court of Canada Protects Consumer Leafleting by Unions

On 9 September 1999, the Supreme Court of Canada released two decisions which unanimously ruled that union members who are involved in a labour dispute with their employer can engage in peaceful consumer leafleting at secondary sites.
