Bio

Adriana is a diligent and thoughtful advocate who brings to her practice a long-standing commitment to workplace justice. 

Adriana joined Cavalluzzo in 2025 after practicing at another prominent labour and employment law firm in Toronto. She practices primarily in the areas of Labour, Employment and Constitutional Law, and regularly represents unions, associations and individual employees before courts and administrative tribunals. 

Adriana graduated from Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law in 2019, where she was the recipient of numerous awards and course prizes, including for Labour Law and Collective Agreement Arbitration. At Queen’s, she served as a Senior Editor of the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal and as a Research Assistant for the Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Adriana worked as a union organizer.
