Adrienne Telford Speaks at Lancaster House Human Rights and Accommodation Conference

Adrienne Telford speaks at the Toronto Human Rights and Accommodation Conference.  She will be participating in a panel discussing the most significant recent cases and legislative updates, highlighting significant ongoing litigation and legislative reform.  Topics to be addressed include the latest cases on what constitutes suitable accommodation to the point of undue hardship and what amounts to undue hardship. The panel will also examine the extent of the duty to accommodate medical cannabis use and analyze the Supreme Court of Canada's recent decision on the jurisdiction of labour arbitrators as opposed to human rights tribunals.
