Amanda Pask Speaks at Osgoode Certificate in Human Rights Theory and Practice
Amanda Pask is a faculty member at the Osgoode Certificate in Human Rights Theory and Practice. She will be speaking on competing rights on a panel entitled "Duty to Accommodate / Dealing with Competing Rights", which will cover issues such as the duty to accommodate and limits of accommodation, procedural and substantive accommodation, information gathering and record-keeping, competing rights, discrimination and providing guidance for developing and implementing model human rights policies in an organization.
