Panel: “Using Labour’s Power and Worker Voice to Close the Pay Gap”

Jan Borowy was an invited guest speaker to the Berkeley Law Centre on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law and the Georgetown Law Worker’s Rights Institute’s Virtual International Conference on Pay Equity and the Living Wage.

Jan spoke on the Panel: “Using Labour’s Power and Worker Voice to Close the Pay Gap”.  She explored various innovative enforcement strategies examining organizing and litigation strategies to close the intersectional gender pay gap and the role of Ontario’s Equal Pay Coalition.
