Jeff Andrew Speaks at Lancaster House Human Rights Human Rights and Accommodation Conference (Postponed)

Jeff Andrew speaks at Lancaster House’s Human Rights and Accommodation Conference.  He will be participating in a panel called:  “Crunched by the Numbers: Artificial intelligence, algorithmic discrimination, and other emerging issues in workplace privacy Law”.   This panel will explain how new technologies, including artificial intelligence, are being used to manage the workplace.  Pointing out the potential for infringement of privacy rights and prohibited discrimination, the panel will also  provide guidance on  how to take advantage of emerging technologies while respecting privacy and human rights.
