Paul Cavalluzzo Speaks at the Canadian Foundation for Labour Rights Forum

Paul Cavalluzzo is speaking at a meeting of the Canadian Foundation for Labour Rights forum, presented in conjunction with the Canadian Labour Congress, the Legal Challenges Committee and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.  He will be speaking about the implications of SFL v. Saskatchewan with respect to the right to strike, and the impact the decision has on back-to-work laws, which terminate or suspend employees' right to strike.
