Phil Abbink speaks at Osgoode's" LTC and Retirement Homes in the Midst of a Pandemic".  He will discuss  the many challenges faced by LTC and Retirement homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, the latest emergency regulations passed by the Ontario government along with guidelines issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health in an effort to offer some guidance.  This course also addresses areas of concern affecting residents, staff and management, and provides some best practices allowing duties to be met during the COVID-19 pandemic.
