Stephen Moreau Speaks at the Ontario Bar Association Conference on "Ending the Employment Relationship"

Stephen is speaking at the Ontario Bar Association on ensuring that the employment contract has appropriate and enforceable termination provisions, avoiding actions that might be construed as constructive dismissal, and considering all of the relevant factors when the employment relationship ends. Stephen will also be discussing intentionally ending the employment relationship when cause is involved.
