Cineflix Will Pay $2.5 million to Class Members in Cineflix Class Action Settlement

Under the terms of the Settlement Agreement, Cineflix had the option to pay $1 million to class members and sign a Collective Agreement or pay class members $2.5 million. Cineflix has recently opted to pay the $2.5 million settlement amount, with no collective agreement.
