Three Cavalluzzo Partners wrote an article for the December issue of Employment and Labour Law Reporter. The article focusses on a significant Supreme Court of Canada case (Fraser v Attorney General) released recently which has advanced equality law for women in Canada and for anyone developing a systemic discrimination argument. The specific issue in the case related to the terms of the RCMP Pension Plan. (See this blog for more commentary and specifics on the lawyers from Cavalluzzo LLP who represented the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) before the Court.)
