On October 15, Danielle Bisnar was quoted in a Law Times Article on the Ontario Government’s appeal of a 2019 decision involving nurses and other service workers employed in nursing homes, and how workers in a female-dominated profession can maintain pay equity when there are so few male colleagues with whom to compare salaries.
